Cardiac Rehabilitation Center opens

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Center at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center offers a supervised program of exercise and education to help patients improve their health and well-being following treatment for heart disease.

Patients undergoing treatment for heart attack, coronary bypass surgery, angioplasty, valve surgery, stable angina, heart transplant or heart-lung transplant are eligible. A referral from the patient's physician is required to participate. For more information, call 503-216-1250.

Our specialists are committed to ongoing outreach and education to various audiences including physicians, employers and community forums. PHVI physicians can provide peer discussions with physicians on a variety of clinical diagnosis, research and treatment information related to cardiac and vascular conditions.
